Originally I was interested in breathwork, because when we go on holidays, I like to dive down with the manta rays, turtles, whale sharks or moray eels & swim along with them, so I wanted to be able to go as deep & stay as long as possible
What I found when I attended some breathwork classes & teacher training was so much more!
Considered the most direct & powerful way to create inner shifts.
The physical, emotional & mental impact can be felt almost immediately, with the true magic gained through consistency.
A natural remedy which may reduce stress, physical pain & release unresolved trauma, while also increasing alertness & boosting your immune system allowing each of us to expand awareness, experience greater clarity, creating radical internal change, connection to self & a sense of wellbeing
It’s meditation for people who struggle to meditate, with extra added benefits
There’s many methods & techniques to match our individual preferences and they’re dependent on the breather, their system, what state they are in & what state they’re trying to shift.
Our brain uses 20-25% of our oxygen supply as nourishment.
However, with lack of exercise, pollution & air-conditioned environments, we aren’t getting what we need, our brain learnt to live with less & we have accepted diminished vitality as our baseline
Increasing the supply of oxygen to the brain, awakens the system again through a connected breath pattern & is a powerful way to support meditation practice
When born & throughout life, we hold trauma within our body
We learn to live & cope with unresolved trauma, where the demands of our work & home life compound stress & anxieties
What if we had a tool we could all use as a remedy?
The breath allows us to connect in with ourselves, release those blockers in a positive & compassionate way.
Reduces the pressure, whilst also awakening our enthusiasm, reconnecting us with our passions & acts as a guide for the way forward.

Water therapy (also called hydrotherapy) has been used for centuries to take advantage of our body’s ability to adapt to harsher conditions & boost your immune system.
Cold showers, ice baths, cold swims can make a surprising amount of difference to your physical and mental well-being.
The first five seconds aren’t too fun. Neither are the next ten. But then…Your body starts to relax. Your skin adapts, with millions of thermoreceptors turning on.
You feel alive in this moment.
Wim Hof is a pioneer in this. He says that cold water therapy imposes a small amount of stress on your body, which leads to a process called hardening. This means that your nervous system gradually gets used to handling moderate levels of anxiety or stress.
This has been scientifically proven to activate the sympathetic nervous system and increase the blood level of beta-endorphin and noradrenaline and to increase synaptic release of noradrenaline in the brain.
Together with adrenaline, norepinephrine increases heart rate and blood pumping from the heart. It also increases blood pressure and helps break down fat and increase blood sugar levels to provide more energy to the body.
